We ship every LIVAN order from the United States. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States (Standard): 3–7 business days
- United States (Express): 1–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $100.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't seen it after 2 business days, check your spam folder or email us at livanw30@gmail.com.
International orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and aren't included at checkout. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is with the carrier, it's in their hands — but we'll help you sort it out. Email us with your order number and we'll work on it with you.
