Refund policy

We want you to love your LIVAN pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase required

How it works:
Email livanw30@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
